Account Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your Evo360 account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Evo360 app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Navigate to Account & Security.
4. Tap the Delete Account button.
5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at contact@evo360app.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please send the email from the address associated with your account.

What data is deleted?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Profile Information: Your name, email address, and profile settings.
• Physical Data: Height, weight, body composition logs, and photos.
• Activity History: All workout logs, meal logs, check-ins, and progress history.
• Generated Plans: All AI-generated weekly plans and session templates.
• Device Tokens: Push notification tokens associated with your devices.

Data Retention Policy

We have a strict zero-retention policy for deleted accounts. Once you confirm deletion:

• All your data is deleted immediately from our active database.
• We do not retain any backup copies of your personal data after deletion.
• No data is anonymized or kept for analytics purposes.
